Fair Play Policy

Standards for honest competition, anti-cheat enforcement, reporting, and tournament integrity on Rupee Battle.

Last updated:

1. Our Commitment to Fair Play

Rupee Battle exists to provide a fair, competitive environment for Free Fire players. This Fair Play Policy sets the standards of conduct required of every participant and describes how we detect, investigate, and penalize violations.

By entering any tournament, you agree to abide by this policy, applicable tournament rules, these Terms of Service, and the official Free Fire terms of use published by Garena.

2. Core Fair Play Principles

Every player must:

  • Use only their own Rupee Battle account and registered Free Fire UID.
  • Compete honestly without intentional feeding, griefing, AFK exploitation, or match abandonment.
  • Join custom rooms on time using the official room ID provided in-app.
  • Follow announced rules for map, mode, team size, and equipment restrictions.
  • Report suspected violations through official channels with accurate information.
  • Maintain respectful communication with players, admins, and support staff.

3. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly forbidden and may result in immediate disqualification, prize forfeiture, and permanent ban:

  • Third-party cheats: aimbots, wallhacks, ESP, no-recoil scripts, speed hacks, or modified APK/IPA files.
  • Unauthorized tools: macros, auto-clickers, recoil compensators, or overlay apps that provide competitive advantage.
  • Emulator abuse: using emulators in mobile-only tournaments unless explicitly allowed.
  • Account integrity violations: sharing accounts, boosting, playing on another person's UID, or selling accounts.
  • Smurfing: creating alternate accounts to compete in lower-skill brackets or evade bans.
  • Collusion and match-fixing: coordinating with opponents to manipulate placements, split prizes, or trade kills.
  • Exploitation: abusing map glitches, invincibility bugs, or platform errors for competitive gain.
  • Network interference: DDoS attacks, VPN manipulation to gain latency advantage where prohibited, or disrupting others' connections.
  • False reporting: submitting fabricated evidence or malicious reports against innocent players.
  • Result fraud: falsifying screenshots, edited recordings, or impersonating admins.

4. Anti-Cheat and Verification

We employ a combination of automated detection, gameplay pattern analysis, device fingerprinting, IP correlation, and manual review by trained administrators. High-stakes tournaments may require live screen sharing, match recording submission, or video KYC before payout.

Our decisions regarding match results and penalties are based on reasonable evidence and are final for tournament standings, subject to the appeals process below. We reserve the right to share evidence of cheating with partner platforms and law enforcement.

5. Tournament Integrity Rules

Room IDs and passwords must not be shared publicly before the scheduled start time. Players must use the exact UID registered for the tournament. Team changes after registration close are not permitted unless approved by admins.

Kill count, survival time, and final placement as recorded by our systems or designated tournament admins determine official results. Disputes must be filed within the window stated in the tournament details (typically within 2 hours of match end).

6. Streaming and Content

Players may stream tournament matches provided they do not reveal room passwords prematurely, harass other players, or use stream sniping (using live broadcasts to locate opponents in real time). Rupee Battle may feature tournament highlights on official channels; participation constitutes consent unless you opt out in writing before the event.

7. Reporting Violations

Report suspected cheating via in-app Help → Report Player within 24 hours of the incident. Include: your UID, accused player UID, tournament ID, date/time, and evidence (screen recordings preferred, minimum 720p). Reports without sufficient detail may not be actionable.

You may also alert tournament admins on our official Discord (discord.gg/wpxzh2nPAe) during live events for urgent issues.

8. Enforcement and Penalties

Violations are graded by severity. Actions may include:

  • Level 1 — Warning: first-time minor infractions (late join, incorrect settings).
  • Level 2 — Tournament ban: disqualification from current event and entry fee forfeiture.
  • Level 3 — Temporary suspension: 7 to 90 days from all or paid tournaments.
  • Level 4 — Permanent ban: account termination, wallet freeze, and prize clawback for fraud-related winnings.
  • Level 5 — Legal referral: cooperation with authorities for hacking, fraud, or criminal conduct.

9. Prize Clawback

Prizes obtained through verified cheating, collusion, or identity fraud will be reversed. We may deduct clawed-back amounts from your wallet balance or pursue recovery through payment partners. Associated accounts (same device, IP, or payment method) may also be sanctioned.

10. Appeals Process

If you believe a penalty was issued in error, submit an appeal via Help → Appeals within seven (7) days of the notification. Provide your UID, penalty reference number, tournament ID, and counter-evidence. Appeals are reviewed by a different team member where possible. Decisions are communicated within ten (10) business days and are final for platform access, though legal remedies may remain available under applicable law.

11. Staff, Admins, and Creators

Rupee Battle employees, volunteer admins, and sponsored content creators must disclose any conflict of interest before participating in events they help run. Accepting bribes, kickbacks, or undisclosed payments to influence outcomes is grounds for immediate termination and legal action.

12. Device and Connection Requirements

Players are responsible for stable internet connectivity and compliant devices. Repeated disconnections during paid tournaments may be treated as abandonment. Jailbroken or rooted devices may be restricted from certain events due to elevated cheat risk.

13. Policy Updates

We update this Fair Play Policy as new cheating methods emerge and platform features evolve. The current version is always published at rupeebattle.com/fair-play-policy. Material changes affecting tournament rules will be announced in-app. Continued participation constitutes acceptance.
