Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Rupee Battle governing the app, website, wallet, and skill-based Free Fire tournaments (the "Service").

By registering or using the Service, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and Fair Play Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility & Account

You must be at least 18 to join paid tournaments, add wallet funds, or withdraw cash prizes. Free events may be available to younger users only where permitted and with parental consent if required.

You must provide accurate details, use secure manual login, and link only your own Free Fire UID. One account per person unless we approve otherwise. You are responsible for all activity on your account — notify us immediately if access is unauthorized.

You confirm that skill-based tournament play is legal in your location and that you are not in a restricted region.

3. Wallet & Payments

Your in-app wallet holds funds for entry fees and prizes. Deposits use verified, webhook-protected payment methods (such as UPI or cards) shown in the app. Balances are in Indian Rupees (INR), are not bank deposits, and do not earn interest.

We may set deposit and withdrawal limits. Chargebacks or payment fraud may lead to suspension and recovery of related prizes.

4. Tournaments

Each event lists format (solo, duo, squad), entry fee, prize split, schedule, and rules. By joining, you accept those rules plus these Terms.

Room ID and password alerts are sent to your device before matches — join on time with the UID you registered. Late entry, wrong UID, or missing the lobby window may mean disqualification without refund.

We may change, postpone, or cancel events for low entries, technical issues, or game server problems. Entry fees may be refunded as wallet credit or to your payment method. Cancelled matches also qualify for automatic wallet refunds as described in the app.

5. Prizes & Withdrawals

Prizes follow published tables and verified results. Winnings may be held briefly for fair-play review before crediting your wallet.

Withdraw to your bank account or UPI after KYC where required. Processing is usually one to five (5) business days. You are responsible for tax, TDS, or other duties on winnings under Indian law.

We may withhold or reclaim prizes for Fair Play or Terms violations.

6. Refunds

Entry fees are generally non-refundable once a match starts. Refunds apply when we cancel an event, a platform error blocked your entry, or law requires it. Contact in-app support or WhatsApp within forty-eight (48) hours with your tournament ID and details.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Break the Fair Play Policy or tournament rules.
  • Use cheats, bots, prohibited emulators, or modified clients.
  • Run multiple accounts, smurf, boost, collude, or fix matches.
  • Harass users or staff, bypass security, scrape data, or use the Service unlawfully.
  • Impersonate Rupee Battle or other players.

8. Intellectual Property, Disclaimers & Liability

Rupee Battle owns its branding, software, and content. You receive a limited license for personal tournament use. Free Fire and Garena marks belong to Garena International I Private Limited; we are not affiliated with Garena.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, specific results, or Free Fire server availability.

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE PRIOR TWELVE (12) MONTHS OR (B) ₹500. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

You agree to indemnify Rupee Battle for claims arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.

9. Termination & Disputes

We may suspend or terminate accounts for Terms or Fair Play violations, fraud, or legal reasons. Balances from prohibited conduct may be forfeited; otherwise eligible funds may be withdrawn after verification.

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Contact support first; unresolved disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in India. Your statutory consumer rights are preserved.

10. General & Contact

Rupee Battle may update these Terms with notice in the app or on this page. Continued use means acceptance. If any clause is invalid, the rest remains in effect. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and Fair Play Policy are the full agreement between you and Rupee Battle.
