Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you") and Rupee Battle ("Company," "we," "us") governing your access to and use of the Rupee Battle application, website, tournaments, wallet, and all related services (the "Service").

By registering, downloading, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Fair Play Policy, incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years of age to participate in paid tournaments, add funds to your wallet, or withdraw cash prizes. Users aged 13–17 may access free tournaments only with verifiable parental or guardian consent where required under Indian law.

You represent that you are legally permitted to participate in skill-based gaming competitions in your jurisdiction and that you are not located in a region where such participation is prohibited.

You must provide accurate, complete, and current registration information. Each person may maintain only one active account unless we approve otherwise in writing. You must link your own Free Fire UID; linking another player's UID is grounds for immediate termination.

You are solely responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@rupeebattle.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

The in-app wallet holds your balance for tournament entry fees and received prizes. Deposits are processed through authorized payment partners (UPI, cards, or other methods as displayed). All amounts are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.

Wallet funds are not bank deposits and do not earn interest. We may set minimum and maximum deposit or withdrawal limits. Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in account suspension and recovery of associated prizes.

Each tournament displays specific rules including format (solo, duo, squad), map, entry fee, prize pool distribution, schedule, and eligibility. By registering, you agree to those rules in addition to these Terms.

We reserve the right to modify, postpone, or cancel tournaments due to insufficient entries, technical failures, game server outages, or events beyond our reasonable control. In such cases, entry fees may be refunded as credits or to the original payment method at our discretion.

Late joiners, players using incorrect UIDs, or participants who fail to enter the custom room within the stated window may be disqualified without refund.

Prize amounts are calculated based on published distribution tables and verified match results. Winnings are credited to your wallet after anti-cheat review, which may take up to seventy-two (72) hours for high-value events.

Withdrawals to UPI or bank account require successful KYC verification. Processing times are typically one to five (5) business days but may extend during holidays or additional review. You are solely responsible for applicable income tax, TDS, or other levies on winnings under Indian law.

We may withhold or reclaim prizes if we determine, in our sole reasonable discretion, that you violated the Fair Play Policy, these Terms, or applicable law.

Entry fees are non-refundable once a tournament has begun, except where: (a) we cancel the event; (b) a technical error on our platform prevented your participation; or (c) refund is required by applicable consumer protection law. Refund requests must be submitted within forty-eight (48) hours via in-app support with tournament ID and evidence.

You agree not to:

• Violate our Fair Play Policy or any tournament-specific rules.
• Use bots, scripts, emulators (where prohibited), aimbots, wallhacks, or modified game clients.
• Operate multiple accounts, smurf, boost, or engage in match-fixing or collusion.
• Harass, threaten, defame, or discriminate against any user or staff member.
• Circumvent security measures, scrape data, or interfere with Service infrastructure.
• Use the Service for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any unlawful purpose.
• Impersonate Rupee Battle, our staff, or other users.

All Rupee Battle trademarks, logos, software, UI design, and content are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial tournament participation.

Free Fire, Garena, and related marks are trademarks of Garena International I Private Limited. Rupee Battle is not endorsed by or affiliated with Garena. User-generated content (clips, screenshots) submitted for disputes grants us a license to use it for investigation and promotional purposes where permitted.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, specific tournament outcomes, or compatibility with all devices. We are not responsible for Free Fire server downtime, internet connectivity issues, or actions of other players.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RUPEE BATTLE AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ₹500 (FIVE HUNDRED INDIAN RUPEES).

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Rupee Battle from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, for violations of these Terms, the Fair Play Policy, suspected fraud, or legal requirements. Upon termination, unused wallet balance may be forfeited if obtained through prohibited conduct; otherwise eligible balances may be withdrawn subject to verification.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Parties shall first attempt good-faith resolution through our in-app support within thirty (30) days. Unresolved disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in India.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable Indian law.

Severability: If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Waiver: Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver. Assignment: You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a business transfer. Entire Agreement: These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and Fair Play Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Rupee Battle.

We may revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the app, email, or website notice at least seven (7) days before taking effect where practicable. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
