Rupee Battle ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Rupee Battle mobile application, website at rupeebattle.com, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, share, and protect your personal information when you use our Free Fire tournament platform.

By creating an account, downloading the app, or participating in any tournament, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Service immediately.

We collect information that you provide directly, that is generated through your use of the Service, and that we receive from third parties where permitted by law.

• Identity and contact details: full name, email address, mobile number, date of birth, and profile photo.
• Account credentials: username, password (stored in hashed form), and security questions.
• Game data: Free Fire UID, in-game nickname, rank, squad or clan affiliation, and match history linked to tournaments.
• Payment information: UPI ID, bank account details (where applicable), wallet balance, transaction history, and KYC documents (government ID, selfie verification) required for prize withdrawals.
• Communications: support tickets, dispute filings, feedback, survey responses, and messages sent through our Discord or in-app chat.

When you use the Service, we may automatically collect:

• Device identifiers: device model, operating system version, unique device ID, and advertising ID (where enabled).
• Log data: IP address, access times, pages viewed, app crashes, and performance diagnostics.
• Usage analytics: tournaments joined, entry fees paid, match participation, clicks, and feature interactions.

For users in India, we process personal data in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and applicable rules. Our legal bases include your consent, performance of a contract (providing tournament services), compliance with legal obligations, and legitimate interests such as fraud prevention and platform security.

• Tournament operations: match results, UID, and placement data may be displayed on public leaderboards as described in tournament rules.

Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to access, correct, update, delete, or port your personal data, and to withdraw consent or object to certain processing. The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Users between 13 and 18 may use free features only; paid tournaments and cash prizes require parental consent where mandated by law. Contact us if you believe we have collected data from a child.

Rupee Battle is operated from India. If you access the Service from outside India, your information may be transferred to and processed in India, where data protection laws may differ from your country. By using the Service, you consent to such transfer where permitted by law.

The Service may contain links to Discord, Instagram, YouTube, payment processors, and other third-party sites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Free Fire is a trademark of Garena International I Private Limited. Rupee Battle is independently operated and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Garena.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notified via email or in-app alert. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
